  • Non-Executive Board Member of Quick-Wins with 15+ years of experience across the Middle-East, Europe and in the USA. During his career he has lead several diversified projects in which he participated in developing comprehensive transformation programs, corporate strategies, business models, organization development programs, Performance assessment Programs, future projections & business plans, and HR systems for several corporations and organizations in different businesses fields, government entities and NGO’s in the middle east. He also has a wide experience in strategic management projects implementing pre-developed plans and strategies in addition and launching newly established businesses. Moreover has been working as a board member for a financing, leasing and factoring enterprise. In addition to the above, he has been working as strategist for governmental entities across the GCC Region and Egypt.

RAMY FAROUK

  • Managing Director of Quick-Wins with 20 years of experience across the Middle-East and in the USA. During his career, he has led several diversified projects in which he participated in developing comprehensive transformation programs, corporate strategies, business models, organization development programs, future projections & business plans, and HR systems for several corporations and organizations in different businesses fields, government entities and NGO’s in the Middle East. He also has a wide experience in strategic management projects implementing pre-developed plans and strategies in addition and launching newly established businesses. His work in financial advisory also includes enterprise assessment and valuation, fund-raising, and deal structuring for various transactions across different sectors in the region. He has led the development and delivery of various development programs focusing on leadership, strategy and financial literacy. He is a certified leadership coach. He has also served as an adjunct instructor at the American University in Cairo.

MOHAMED ELAISH

  • Regional Partner at Quick-Wins with 15+ years of experience working and leading different teams across different countries on several diversified projects in which he participated in developing strategies, governance, business models entities structures. In addition to HR Systems, platforms, individual and corporate assessments and developmental programs. He is also managing the implementation with hands on experience of the developed strategies and systems moreover to his contribution in managing the newly established companies and start ups. Previously Muhammad has been working as an IT Consultant with different clients in various industries automating their business process, digitalizing their marketing channels and setting the e business strategies for the whole organization through adequate modules, systems and platforms. Muhammad as well is handling all business development activities bringing new leads and channels in the MENA region. In addition to his participation in setting the marketing and sales strategies for internally and externally. Muhammad Started his professional career as a training Consultant assessing and analyzing clients needs and identifying the adequate behavioral learning and developmental Programs.

MUHAMMED SAADY

  • Director at Quick-Wins with 20 years of experience, Elaish succeeded in managing the implementation of strategy and organizational transformation programs, he lead those programs from strategy design to implementation establishing PMO offices and facilitating change management programs , He advised corporate owners and Excutives on how to change their strategy to manage risks and threats, this included changing their business models and market strategies, he also directed human capital development programs that included leadership training and coaching initiatives, He worked on more than 20 strategic assignments at all GCC countries for more than 8 years in which he got the opportunity to coach executives working in prominent private sector corporations and Governmental entities, he also supervised the Business Strategy and the feasibility studies of more than 20 small and medium enterprises in the food and beverage sector, During his time at IBM, he lead change management programs for mega digital transformation projects mainly governmental SAP implementations in the MEA region

FARID ABOHADID

  • Partner at Quick-Wins, he has worked on & led different consulting and training projects in the MEA region since he joined QW in 2017.He started his career in the FMCG sector by working in Danone Egypt and Procter & Gamble Egypt. For more than 15 years, he has supported different startups and youths to grow in their professional life and grow their businesses by being a freelance trainer and mentor offering his services through different organizations. Farid has led different governmental initiatives with Ministry of Trade & Industry in Egypt such as scaling up SMEs, Industrial Innovation Award –Ibtaker 2020 and Khatwa competition for Job Quality where he led the whole initiatives from developing the concept through the branding, reach out, selection and delivering the scope. Farid has some investment activities in Agribusiness sector, and he is highly concerned about Education. He has established an Educational Institute in 2010 offering its academic program using project based learning (PBL) methodology and currently he is the Chairman of the Board.

MANAGERS

ADEL BAKR

  • Aley is a senior Manager at Quick-Wins with 15+ years of experience working and leading different teams on several diversified projects in which he participated in developing strategies, Business Models & Structures, Future Projections & Plans, HR Systems and manuals of several corporations in different business fields in the Middle East. Before joining Quick-Wins, He also worked in several well-known companies in Egypt across different sectors, specifically in Content Consulting as Business Development as he gained hands-on experience in the content consulting sector. Afterwards, he moved to one of the biggest water treatment manufacturers in the Egypt as Brand Manager responsible for studying the market, market needs, and consumer behavior. In addition to working closely with the factory, R&D, QA, QC and production team to come-up with the best quality in the market and marketing budget and sales forecasting with the sales team, and for 7 years, his focus was on the Retail & Retail Management. He joined the largest Bookstore chain in Egypt, as a Marketing Manager responsible for developing the business-lines portfolio and worked on the expansion of the chain in the market by owned & franchised stores, Then, he was assigned to a be a Management team member in the chain.

MOHAMED KAMEL

  • Head of Product Management at Quick-Wins, he works as a Senior Manager and Training Consultant, where he manages the Learning & Development projects in Egypt & the GCC region. As part of his engagements, Mohamed designs and delivers developmental workshops for different levels in the areas of Management, Strategy Sales, Customer Care and Interpersonal Skills.

    Before Quick-Wins, Mohamed has been working as a Business Development Manager and Training Consultant at Skills Worldwide, where he was mainly responsible for all business development activities and developing training program materials, performing training needs analysis for organizations and customizing the training programs materials according to their needs. Before entering the Training and Consulting field, Kamel was a Store Manager at Raya Distribution, he was responsible for the biggest Raya store at Alexandria then. After graduation Kamel’s first work experience was at International Company for Press Supplies (ATC), and he worked there as a Cost Accountant.

HOUSSAM SAID

  • Houssam is a Country Manager at Quick-Wins leading the firm’s strategic global expansion into East Africa. With over 14 Years of experience in Quick-Wins, Houssam has led the management and successful implementation of various key projects in science and research, human resources, government, development banking, media, private, and social sectors across the Middle East and Africa. Throughout his tenure with Quick-Wins he has managed projects in succession planning & management, governance, leadership development, business plans & feasibility studies, corporate transformation & restructuring, compensation, digitization and performance dashboards’ automation, and dynamic financial modeling & valuations. He has worked in a wide range of projects across a dynamic range of industries with a key focus on breeding a culture of organizational efficiency, sustainability, and growth with the use and support of the right tools, partners, people and processes.

ALEY FATHY

  • Senior Manager at Quick-Wins with 15 years of experience formulating and implementing strategies, business models, structures and systems for number of corporations in different business fields in the Middle East. He leads the business process management practice in Quick-Wins. During his tenure he has led teams in developing business process mapping, reengineering and automation across several industries including government, retail, distribution and real estate. Previously he has been working as an IT consultant where he led the digital transformation of different clients in several industries through implementing ERP, HR, CRM and intranet systems. He also worked as a training consultant developing and delivering highly specialized training programs in the fields of technology and management. He started his career as a physician and medical researcher.

AHMED AL-AWADY

  • Manager at Quick-Wins with 15 years of experience, worked in highly diversified work environments that allowed him to explore and influence different business and societal segments. He was involved in NGOs, private, and governmental sectors as a business executive, in which he participated in developing business models and operations manuals for several corporations in different business fields in Egypt and KSA. Before joining Quick-Wins, He also worked in several well-known companies in Egypt across different sectors, especially in operations as he gained hands-on experience in the operations field. Additionally, he ventured into the marketing industry, establishing his branding agency to assist entities in various industries to craft compelling brand narratives and achieve remarkable success. Recognizing the significance of the public sector, he transitioned to the government sector, where he served as a project manager in the Project Implementation Unit (PIU). In this role, he oversaw the execution of projects funded by esteemed international donors such as the World Bank and the European Investment Bank. This experience allowed him to leverage his managerial acumen and expertise to ensure seamless project implementation and successful outcomes, his career path in both operations and marketing underscores his comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of business strategy and development.

  • Manager at Quick-Wins with 15 years of experience in MENA region. During his career he has led numerous diversified projects, participating in developing digital transformation projects, orchestrating multiple solutions together to reach the one island business approach in different business fields. Mohamed, also has a wide experience in project management as he has led more than 14 successful complex projects. He is known for implementing different technologies platforms, while achieving the desired key success factors for the stakeholders across the organizations sectors and the different fields in the business.
